Do I need a new phone number or any hardware?
No. You keep the number your customers already know and turn on call forwarding to your agent. Nothing is installed at your premises.
Can I hear it before I sign up?
Yes. Use the call card on this page to talk to the demo agent straight from your browser, no account needed. On a phone the same button dials the demo line instead.
How long can I talk to the demo?
Each demo call runs up to about three minutes, and a device gets six minutes per day between them. That is enough to judge the voice and the latency without anyone burning credit on it.
What happens when my credit runs out?
The agent stops answering, so you can never run up a bill you did not authorise. We email you before the balance gets there, and you can turn on auto top-up so it does not happen at all.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay only for the minutes the agent spends talking. If a month is quiet, that month costs you almost nothing.
Does the demo save my call?
The demo keeps the text of the conversation and drops the audio. Sign up and your own calls are summarised in your dashboard, which you can delete from.
